      Default t3 and clen muscle loss

      i am about to start a two weel on two off cycle of t3/clen, with the t3 not going above 50mcg and the clen not going above 120mcg.

      my question is, do i really have to worry about muscle loss? will it be substantial?

      i threw in some winstrol to counteract the catabolic effects, but i would rather not keep it, if i dont have to. depends on what kinda answers i get to the my question.

      T3 and muscle loss,

      I have the opposite opinion about T3 and muscle loss. I feel you can run it at 25-75 mcg without loss. You won't be on it long enough at 2 weeks to see any muscle loss. However long term use (daily use til you see a .8* drop in basal metabolic temp) you will encounter muscle loss if you don't keep your protein up and you aren't on AAS. How long are you thinking of cycling the clen/T3?

      Local, I read your post about being lethargic on the winny. DId you start your T3 and clen? I am sick as hell after starting winny. Not sure if its just a bug or not but I am on T3 and I just finished a 2 week clen cycle. I am running the T3 at 100mcg and tapering down. 3 weeks in at 100mcg right now.

      Winny and clen together? why not try dropping the clen and see if that settles your stomach. I am assuming your winny is oral and causing a little upset stomach when used with clen.

      I would not run T-3 any higher then 12.5mcg per day if you are clean, you might be able to get away with upwards of 25mcg but i wouldn't do it...XXL

      Mike.. Why? My research led me to believe I should do a 5 week cycle tapering down slowly. In the middle I have been running 100MCG.... I thought that was safe.

      From my research as well as peronal expirance on me and my wife, i found that low doses over longer period of time still allow you to loose segnificant amount of BF without the rebound that is expirianced in the rampping and tapering system...i believe that lower doses such as 12.5-25mcg will not segnificantly downregulate your own natural thyroid production there for there will be no rebound...i have successfully ran T-3 for about 1/2 year while kreducing and keeping my BF low and did not rebound after gradual descontinuance, for my last weeks i still tappered the dose from 25mcg to 12.5mcg for 2 weeks to 6.75mch for another 2 week...that's my 0.02cents...XXL
