TweetHey Oz man. I have been taking a suppliment for about 10 years now that has helped me and a few friends immensley. It's called Primrose Oil and can be picked up at almost any vitamin shop. Here's what the Anabolic Reference Guide says:
PRIMROSE OIL: This suppliment is not a steroid. It is not an amino acid nor is it an RX drug. It is a natural suppliment which has been proven to be very helpful to some steroid users. The product itself is available at most health food stores under the name Evening Primrose Oil, or occasionally, Gamma Oil. It comes in small caplets which contain the oil inside. Gamma Linoleic Acid is the active component in the oil. This is derived from an unsaturated fatty acid found in vegetable fats. The suppliment has been used by some women to treat PMS. Steroid users have found that the drug can minimize a number of side effects commonly suffered while taking anabolics. Linoleic acid aids in the production of several hormone like chemicals which aid and regulate the functions of organs in the entire body. Reports claim that using primrose oil in conjunction with steroids helps the liver from becomming overstressed. Cholesterol levels have also been lowered while using Primrose oil. HDL levels remained virtually unchanged in a group of steroid users who took it in a stack with anabolic steroids; HDL levels often go down when a person is on steroids. Also, blood pressure reading were lowered with the use of this oil. The immune system, which is often suppressedby steroid use, is also reported to benefit from Primrose oil use. Tendonitis relief is another reported effect. If all this is not enough, users report increaded appetites and energy levels from taking this suppliment. One steroid user claimed that athletes from eastern Block countries, including the USSR, have been using a similar type of Gamma Linoleic acid since the early 70's to prevent toxic effects of steroids and other drugs. This "Detoxification effect" worked so well for a few users that they were able to stay on steroids for up to a year while suffering little or no hepatotoxic effects.
I use it EVERY cycle, and can tell you first hand, I do not suffer high blood pressure. Also, my liver enzymes were normal after a 14 week cycle with Dbol. No hand tingling either. I don't notice the hunger effect. But the capsuls are very reasonable in price. Take about 3000MG a day.
TweetBro, you probably developed some carpal tunnel syndrome. Due to the IGF it increased you tendon/ligament diameter by as little as a millimeter but enough to put some increased pressure to that area at the crease of your wrist. Do they get worse when you sleep?
