TweetHey Oz man. I have been taking a suppliment for about 10 years now that has helped me and a few friends immensley. It's called Primrose Oil and can be picked up at almost any vitamin shop. Here's what the Anabolic Reference Guide says:
PRIMROSE OIL: This suppliment is not a steroid. It is not an amino acid nor is it an RX drug. It is a natural suppliment which has been proven to be very helpful to some steroid users.
