TweetHere's the deal.I weigh 172 I am stocky fram 5 foot 5.Im on a cycle of test and deca 300mg each twice a week.My stomach is fat,everething eles is ok how can I loose this [stomach fat] and reach my goals.My goal is to get some bulk with some cut.What kind of a diet should I be on.And how should I train and how often.And how much protein should I have a day. should I have as much protein a day on the days I am not working out.they say to have 1.5 to 2.0 grams of protein per body weight.That's 258 grams a day is that right and if I dont reach these goals of protein a day can I still get bulk and cut.Another than this board who could I seek to help me with my deit needs and goals.When they say on this board 50% protein 25% fat 25% carbs ect how do you translate this.

TweetIf you want to ditch the gut you have to lower your BF%. That is the only way to lose fat!
