      Doing a light cycle if of cyp (400 wk-10 wks) and Dbol @ 50 mgs ed-4 wks. Last week was a light lifting week as I am just getting back into the swing of things from being off a year due to back injury. Today is the beginning of week two so I should be able to give a better update with more detail. Starting weight of 240 lbs. @ roughly 17% bf. (6 ft. tall) Goal is to take weight down to 200 - 215 @ 7 to 10% bf while retaining lbm and muscle density.

      not trying to flame u or anythign, but wt dbol and test u ain't droppin, u will be bigger , thicker and hold water even if u eat clean.

      i would cut to atleast 15% before i started the test, but its a lil late just eat real clean, what r u taking to keep the water off, cause the d-bol will make you bloat. also i think its possible to cut on any subtance aslong as your diet is in check and there is a ton of cardio, i just wouldn't have run the dbol, i would have run the cyp @400 because the androgen would keep muscle mass while cutting, have you ever used clen, its the shit, i would def. use it for pct, well bro keep us posted and good luck.

      I have to agree with Mikey on this! See Mikey i do ah back you,lol! Got to watch what i say. Are you using ldex with this cycle? It will help with the bloat.

      Well I hit the weights last night with good results IMO. Did shoulders and was able to military press 185 for 4 sets of 8. That was good for me considering I havn't touched a weight since June 30, 2003. I will start clen when this is over. I now am running an E/C/A stack daily as I always have. I personally have never had a problem with holding water while on DBol if I was eating clean. I do agree with bad in that I think you can cut with any given formula depending on diet with the exclusion of maybe A-50.
      My diet as it stands now which will remain unchanged for the next 10 weeks is as follows. 6 am - 50 g protein shake/9:30 - Whole Chicken breast & 1 cup brocoli / 12:30 - 2 large fillets of some type fish(grilled) / 4 pm - Whole Chicken breast / 7:30 pm salad and 30 g protein bar / workout and then 50 gram protein shake before bed. Doing cardio every day - Jogging 2-5 miles

      As far as the juice goes I am feeling the DBol starting to kick in (now on day 10) and am awaiting the test to start kicking in in another week or so. Appetite is increasing along with starting to get horny as a rabbitt in heat quite frequently. What's interesting will be to see how my Narcotic pain medicine interacts with the steroids. I will talk to my pain doc about this tomorrow morning when I go in for my appointment.

      I'll try and get some up. I've been leaning out real good from eating clean and just adding good quality lean muscle. 10 lbs. so far and my bf has gone down 5-6 %. So just letting you all know that you can lose fat and add lm on a test and dbol cycle if your diet is on par!

      what type of back injury did you have large. any surgery required. you said you were off for a year. why so long. the reason i ask is i just had surgery on my back on sept. 30th i am curious about time off from the gym (i know what my doctor said but whats your opinion in your situation) and cycling. it seems you are combining your first trips back to the gym w/ a cycle. is that a good idea, why did you choose that before working out getting your body back up to par than cycling. i really don't mean to pry or sound like i'm lecturing but i'm looking for info from people w/ back problems and how to deal w/ it. i'm concidering a test eq prov. winny cycle in a few months just trying to figure shit out first.
