I've been using AAS for about 3 years now, off and on. I've ran a few cycles, with the biggest probably being 500mg test/wk, 400mg deca/wk. I've done a variety of other cycles using Fina, Winstrol, M1T, test, deca, slin, and IGF LR3. The thing is I just don't seem to respond well. I'm currently 5'10'', 195. Fairly lean. Nothing spectacular, but look good. The nutrition and all that is there.
So has anyone here had this problem and found that after they bumped up their dosages a lot higher they started responding really well? Like I said, I'm a very muscular guy. But I can still pass as "natural" to most people, which sounds good, but I'd actually rather look a little on the unnatural side
I'm thinking something like 1g test/wk + 600-800mg Deca/wk. Maybe throw in some hGH as well? Do a 4 month cycle with this. Any thoughts?

TweetThanks for the reply Fuzo. Don't worry about all that stuff. I neglected to mention it but yes, I've got the anti-e's and PCT stuff covered. I've recovered very well from my previous cycles, despite a fairly large amount of testicular atrophy during one or two cycles.
So everyone here lets just assume that everything else is perfectly in order. Focus on the steroids
As far as the possibility of hGH, I'm not sure how many I.U.'s per day. I was thinking maybe 3-4 I.U.'s per day. But I'm not sure. I think I can accomplish a lot more with just AAS. The hGH is one of those last ditch efforts.
TweetI'm not flaming you, but, are you SURE that your diet is dialed in? I don't know about your first couple of cycles, but, at your size, 500mg Test and 400mg Deca run for 8 weeks or so, should get you some decent gains.
How long did you run your last cycle?
Maybe I'm stubborn, cocky, or both, but, I don't believe in "non-responders".

TweetBINGO! I've only run one cycle of TEST/DECA for 12 weeks. I only gained 11lbs by week 7 or 8 and ended 12 weeks at 9lbs up. I COULD NOT EAT ANYMORE!!!! Strength did increased dramatically though! Just not size.Originally posted by FUZO

TweetAlright, here's some data to support my point. I don't feel like typing out my diet because I know my shit. Let me reiterate that I've been seriously lifting for about 5 years now. I'm a senior food science and human nutrition major. I read like there's no tomorrow... yada yada yada...
In any event, here are some quotes from my NSCA CSCS exam prep book titled (Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning):
"a high dose of nearly any anabolic steroid is likely to achieve a muscle-building effect in most people "
"only a few people demonstrate large responses to moderately high doses of anabolic steroids; for most people to achieve substantial increases, much higher doses must be used. This relationship may reflect the differential sensitivity of genes that determine the appearance of androgen-dependent characteristics in an individual"
I've always believed that steroids work MUCH better in some people than others. This just supports what I've always believed, so I figured I'd see if anyone here has figured out a way around it.
So again, lets focus on the steroids!!! If I wanted nutrition advice, I wouldn't be on this board

1 g of test and 800 deca and some gh!!!!!!!!! ok, i agree with 1000mg of test, and then for deca 300-400 mg and how about adding like anadrol or dbol to it.
unless if u are rich and can afford gh do it, but with gh u need at least 3 month to 6 month plus to see the result, i'am not rich i stick with the basics test anadrol deca, slin and so forth,.
eat a lot of food, workout very super heavy and sleep and u will grow
ohhhhh by the way for teh gh, wait till ur body gets more mature i mean like at least 28-29 years of age
TweetAnotherUser, i am in the same boat. i was on 750 mg cyp-750mg of eq 40mg vared and 50 mg of drol ed. i made decent gains but never got swole like most guys. i was eating 4500-5000 calories ed. my workout partner was using just test and var at half that dose and is pushing 210# and he is a short phucker. some of us just dont have the genetics to grow.
question: when everybody else is tired and done are do you still have plenty of energy and are ready to go? thats how i am. just curious. i have found i just seemto get more sides with higher doses but dont grow that much more. good luck.
i also met with a vet from another site, he has the same prob, in fact the guy eats close to 6000 calories and still cant bust 200# its just us

As far as the energy thing goes, it's a yes/no thing. I get tired like my workout partner, but I have some screws loose in my head and can put my body through just about anything if I want .

I'll probably go without the GH. I was thinking about using it so I could really up my calories (5000-6000) and hopefully not get as FAT as in previous attempts
