No need to buy the pot, just boil it in a big pan for about 20mins. Let it cool down and then add some Splenda. Once your done with that process, get you a coffee filter and filter it. It's a pain in the ass but after some practice, it's easy.

I use a half ounce for every gallon. I make it all at once, that way I have them ready. It takes me about a good hour to do everything, but well worth it, trust me. My workouts are great since I've been drinking this. I drink about 3/4 of a gallon a day, remember that it's loaded with caffeine so don't want to overload the brain here, at least not yet
