OK, this is my program now
      M-chest, abs
      T- back
      W-arms-legs
      T- shoulders-abs
      F- Chest
      Sat-off
      Sun- off
When I start my cycle I plan on getting in the gym on Sat. How often would you train a particular body part. Will my gear have me ready to hit something again in say two days. I don't want to overwork myself, but I want to get everthing out of my gear. I could live in the gym, just don't see my workouts getting much harder than they are now.

other than legs once a wk. per body part is fine....but in the heat of the cycle I allways switch to a four days one off. This is how I do that!
      Mon Chest
      Tues Back and bis
Wed shoulders and tris and forearms
      Thurs Legs
      Fri Off
      Sat Start w/ chest

I do this only will im on... other than that just one body part each wk.

should this be moved to training instead of anabolic questions? Not trying to be rude but it's just a thought

Thank for the info, sounds good to me. Did I mention I hate legs.
Pain is weakness leaving the body.
Don't you dare put me on HRSA, does self abuse extend your hospital stay?

i tend to think of the anabolic board to deal with everything pretaining to anabolics, since he wants to know how to train using AAS this should stay here IMO
