      Hey all, I'm DONE. I was gonna do 12 weeks but had to end a week early because my vial was underfilled. Oh well. Did last shot of QV DECA last week, and last shot of TEST on Monday. I'll start PCT in 2 weeks.

      Question is, I have plenty of Nolva, and 30 tabs of 50mg Clomid. I plan on running PCT for 4 weeks as I was told that ought to be plenty. I have enough Nolva to go 10 weeks if I need. I can get more Clomid if necessary. What should the dosages be when using both? I will also be using some form of Tribulus, any recommendations?

      I'm not too impressed with my gains. Although I got quite a bit stronger and my body fat dropped significantly, I only gained 9lbs. In 11 weeks! It is solid and very little water but I was expecting quite different results. And I ate like a friggin maniac!!!
      I am SURE the QV products were well underdosed as I have learned much on my first cycle.

      I will be OFF for 10 weeks. In the mean time I am putting together my next cycle. Have any of you heard of "Ara-Test"? It is 50mg TEST PROP & 200mg TEST EN. I am hearing good things about it and was planning on picking up 20ml. Let me know if you've heard anything about it please. Also, has anyone used Denkall TEST400? Opinions?

      Any recommedations for a good TEST 500/DECA 300 or 400mg cycle would be appreciated. I will not use the QV product again simply because I am not the only one in my neck of the woods who was dissapointed by it. Anyone who read my Cycle Journal would see that I ate like a MAD MAN & trained 5 days a week. Even if I 'overtrained' and didn't eat enough I should have gained more weight if the gear was dosed properly.

      Lastly, I was told something about "cleaning out the receptors". What does this mean and how do I do it properly?

      Thanks for all your help on this. Maybe next time will be a little more impressive.

      I don't know RP? Are u getting enough sleep, protein, carbs?, and do you have a high metabo or doing alot of cardio? As for the QV, I have heard many good thing about them, but there are fakes out there. My bottles are nice and full. I don't know what you want to do as far as, bulk, cut, etc? I would go with Organon Deca @ 400mg/wk ( I am using them now, into wk 2 and already starting to feel very good pumps, and starting to get mor vascular, also using Karachi sust) and a good enantate like the Irainan, as it is reported overdosed at around 300mg/ml., or British Dragon cyp., and QGL has very good cyp also. Do the test @ 500mg and jumpstart with a good dbol @ 35-50mg ed for 6wks. Run cycle for 12 wks. This should give you a good bulk cycle. If your desire is to harden more use EQ instead of the deca @ 500mg/wk and run cycle for 14 wks and stop the EQ at wk 13 starting pct two wks aft last inject.

      Thanks mick-g. Thanks for responding. You know, I followed the advice here as best I could and felt I was doing well. I had gained 11lbs by the 6th week but sort of hung out there ever since. At first I thought it was because I did not up the TEST to 500mg until week 5. But when all was said and done I think my gear was underdosed. The QV website stated the TEST was underdosed at 220mg or something but the DECA was overdosed at 338mg, according to them. Anyways, what's done is done.

      To answer your question, I was wanting to do a good bulker and shoot for about 20lbs. Then I planned on cutting. I do have a good metabolism and I was hoping the added muscle would increase my metabolism and help burn more calories. Working out in the a.m. I think helps to elevate my metabolism further. I do think I gained solid muscle and I can damn near see my 'six pack' again so I am not totally disappointed.

      Have you heard of this "ARA-TEST" I was talking about?

      Also, what does "cleaning the receptors" mean exactly?

      The cycle I'm putting together next (in 12 weeks) will be:

      500mg TEST (possibly SUST or ARA-TEST[50mg PROP/200mg EN; per ml]
      300 or 400mg DECA (depends if I get the QV300 or I would prefer the Organon 200mg to shoot 2x a week)

      I'll be evaluating myself thru my PCT this time around to prepare for the next.

      Hopefully that will add the muscle I was looking for. With the added muscle I believe I can diet down to my desired BF%

      Any input or suggestions?

      I just typed an entire response and poof.... it was lost in la la land.

My gains, based on what I've researched, seem like gains I would get from a DECA only cycle.

      Have you heard of this ARA-TEST stuff? It's 50mg Prop, 200mg En/ml. I'm hearing good things about it. What about T400?

      The cycle I'm putting together to start in 12 weeks will be:
      500mg TEST (possibly SUST or this ARATEST)
      300 or 400mg DECA (depends if I get QV300 or preferrably Organon 200 for 2x/week)

      I'll be evaluating how my body responds to PCT from my current cycle. I'm sort of eager to get thru it and see how my body reacts. I'll plan my next cycles PCT afterwards.

      Also, could someone tell me what it means to "clean out the receptors"? What does it mean and how is it done properly?
