      Prolly one of the biggest looking guys on here. looks great, what have u been taking? Have yout taken ne roids or are you natural if u are natural can you help me out on what i need take. Im only 15 if that helps

      You don't need gear, yet. You have more Test swimming through your body right now, than most of us. Eat big, lift big, get big! This will give you the foundation that you need, should you decide to cycle later on.

      What are your stats, lifting regimen, diet?

      6"0/160lbsI usally just eat when im hungry either chickein or tuna 6x a day

      split between 2-3 hrs

      try to get 160-200grams of protein in.

      ive been lifting for about 4months now, im pretty muscular but im at my max and i need to gain more mass.

      Im going to start taking creatine i made a post about it in the training forum can you read it and c if it sounds right

      i forgot to add this but somone told me i need to have i dont kno if its including the creatine with dextrose.

      200grams of protien per day
      400 grams of carbs
      4000 cals

      Thanks, bros. Right now, I'm 6'2", 250-ish and I can only guess that my BF is around 11%, give or take a little.

      You haven't reached your natural potential - not by a long shot! Keep it up, and you're gonna as big as a house - without gear!

      Food is the most anabolic substance out there. Eat right, train right, you'll keep on growing.

      If you want to gain mass, keep eating the way that you are - maybe more on the protein side of things, you want to shoot for 2x bodyweight in grams.

      Knowing when to eat is important, too. You want to feed the shit out of your muscles after your each workout. Make sure that you're having your 30-50g protein shake w/some sort of liquid carb (gatorade, grape juice, etc.) immediately after your workouts.

      As for creatine, go for it. However, the biggest contributors to growth are your overall diet and exercise regimen.

      To gain mass, your're going to want to concentrate on compound movements, heavy weights, low reps. And don't forget rest! You're body doesn't grow in the gym!

      This is pre-cycle. I'm on a lean mass cycle, right now, and expect to cut up, while maintaining or even gaining a bit of muscle and strength. So far, so good!
