      I started my m1t 2 week on 2 week off cycle today

      Starting weight 160
      8% body fat

      Diet-about 3500 calories

      Protein-3 shakes with 2 scoops of ON 100% whey- chicken breast, tuna, and egg whites

      Fat- I try to choose foods that are low in fat

      Carbs- preworkout and i try not to eat them after 8 pm

      -My goal is to put on 5 pounds i will be takin 10mg/day.
      Underground l@bs is the brand i went with because i love mike's service. I am doing this 2 weeker dry to see how it will work for me. If the sides get bad i have a bottle of transdermal 4-ad.

      Monday-Arms abs cardio 30 mins
      Tuesday-Chest
      Wensday-Legs abs
      Thursday-Back cardio 30 mins
      Friday-Shoulders abs
      Saturday-
      Sunday- cardio 30 mins

      not the best workout plan but it works for me. My left deltoid has sharp pains on inciline bench and milatary press but i should be fine.

      Add the 4ad to your cycle and im sure you'll get your five if not more pounds........

      Ull easily get 5. I got 10 my first week and 5 more my 2nd at 10mg ED. Sides werent bad, but I notcied some liver pain so I cut it short and am currently running Nolva/MilkThistle/ALA.

      i have 4ad and i just wanted to try it dry im a life guard wanna keep my abs in check when i used the 4ad with it i got little bloated. So i just wanted to try it dry at 10 mg/day the weight is a huge issue i just want some more pounds i dont wanna be huge i just wanna be vascular

      Best bet, if u want to me vascular/cut ect, get some Methyl-D. Doesnt add much strength or size at all, and mainly helps vascularity/hardness of ur muscles.

      Id throw the 4-AD in. Thats a solid stack. You would want something that aromatises with that stack. That will combat the lathargy that M1T will give you. Help keep your libido as well. M1T WILL shut you down.

      i upped my protien intake. Around 7 to 8 scoups per day. This is because i just bought nectar. This stuff is delicious and this supp store matches any internet prices if u bring in a print out and i made one in photo shop that is AnabolicFuzion.com haha and made the price 18 dollars what a steal
