TweetWith your body weight, I don't think I would go higher than 140-160mcg unless you have a lot of experience with Clen and your starting to build up a tolerance. 140mcg makes me shake like I'm having a seizure.

TweetI remember the first time I used clen I shook so damn bad. I had worked up to 140mcg and was at work using a screw gun trying to fix drawer glides on cabinet drawers using those small ass screws. Needless to say, it wasn't a pretty site.
Tweetyup. ramp up, bro. once you start getting "jittery", level off. I'm 230-ish, and I maxed out at 160mcg, I was surprised, frankly, in previous cycles, 125mcg did it for me.

Tweetwhose liquid is underdosed? I've found that while ramping up its the first few days that are the worst and while I'm reaching/at my max the shakes aren't as bad and the only side is its easy to exhaust legs. I've heard you should go up until the sides are too much and then stay somewhere around there, but what if by that point the sides aren't as bad. It seems confusing and contradictory. By the way first time started at forty bumped forty up to 160, second time started 60 bumped by 60 to 180, currently @ about 175. I'm just a bit confuse any advice would be great. Thanks!
