Clenbuterol: 1-4 tabs a day for two weeks on, two weeks off, for a total of 8 weeks. Take 1 the first day, and increase every day until you get "jittery", then level off. ECA on off weeks
Diet like a model (atkins, ckd, weight watchers). Cardio 45-60 minutes ED.
Seriously bro, diet down as far as you can before doing a cutter.
