i hate the guys, mainly older ones in my gym, that try to give you lifting advice while they are 40 years old and say they have been lifting for 20 years and are still a buck sixty! i think to myself maybe you should lift with me sometime and learn how to do shit right!

anyways, they are both identical
5' 9' 170lbs MAX!!!!! tiny tiny tiny!!!!

Once I get in the gym and I see them benching 315lbs! The spotter was atleast pulling 180lbs out of it!

and then they walk like yeaaaah man!!!! and they looked at me with arrogance and a big smile, I went next to them, put the same weight on the pec deck, went for 3 x 25 and I yelled out loud, THAT was NICE FOR A WARM up!!!

arrrrrrrrg now im getting pisssssss!!!!!!
