TweetOk, here's the scoop, I have some methyl 1 test, some 1-ad, and some 4- ad. I have three bottle of each.
This is how I plan on taking it:
m-1-t one in morning one at night 10mg each
1-ad breakfast lunch and dinner 100mg each
4-ad breakfast lunch and dinner 300mg each
Does this sound ok? Or should I get rid of one of the andros? Also how long should I run it? I did a search but I couldnt really find the answers im lookin for.
Also PCT will be liquid nolva from ancillaryguys.com

TweetYa, 1-ad is converted to 1 testosterone inside the body. Methyl-1-testosterons is already giving u that. Completely drop the 1-ad for now, and lower the 4ad dosage.
BTW
If this is ur first 1-ad or M1T cycle, id suggest using one bottle of 1-ad + 4ad first, see how u react, run some pct on ur off cycle, and then go for the m1t.

no need to do 20mg of M1T especially if this is your first go round with it. its rough. with 10mg ed you will still gain plenty of mass.

If u only have 10 mg tabs. U can:
A. Just take one tab about 30-60 mins before u workout. Just to ensure its in ur system while ur working out.
B. Split the tab in half each day. IF u workout towards the morning, take one half before then (30-60 mins) and then the other half before bed.
Or if u usually workout mid-day to - night take one half in the morning and the other half at night before urworkout depending how late, or before bed.
*note* if ur stuck on doing 20mg which isnt a superb idea but its done constantly when its ur first time with a methy or any PH for that matter, do one morning, one night like u said.
OR
at least work up to it, do 1-2 weeks and 5-10 mg, then another 1-2 weeks at 15-20 and maybe one more week at 20.

TweetThanks alot of the info guys. I already started taking the m-1-t. It is in capsule form though (?) Is this legitimate stuff, its made by IDS, and called Methyl 1-Testosterone Xtreme.
Ok, I will definately not take the 1-ad right now and I'm gonna go with 600 mg of the 4-ad. I am on day 3 of m1t at 20 mgs, should I drop back to 10mg for a while then work up or just stay 10mgs? Oh yeah, i got milk thistle for liver support. Sorry if my posts sound retarded, im asleep at the wheel here .

Tweeti spoke to wardog when i was researching M1T he is one of the most knowledable folks on 17AA prosteroids he reccomended at any dose chosen to take it all at once. he didnt elaborate on why but i trust him M1T has a pretty long half life so if you take it at say 8 am it will still be active in the afternoon.Originally posted by NPursuit
