1) Cook some chicken breast w/cooking spray or olive oil. You can put onions, tomatoes, green peppers, etc. so it can give it more of a flavor. Chop into small peices.

2) Cook some pinto beans, and smash them up like refried beans. Pour some jalapeno juice into the beans, mix and smash.

3) Get 2 corn tortillas, pop them in the oven so they can become toasted. Or even easier, put them in the microwave for 2min on high. Becareflu, they might burn!

3) Spread beans on to the corn tortillas, put chicken pieces on top of that. You can top it with lettuce, tomatoe, avocodoe, onion, etc....on top of that, you can apply some fat free sour creme.
