Tweethow do you guys feel about using thermogenics while on a cycle? keep in mind i will continue cardio while on, although i wont try to get any better, just stay where i am in terms of cardiovascular shape.

Tweetmaybe ill stay away. on my last cycle i couldnt sleep at all, and i wasnt taking any ephedrine or consuming any caffeine. some nights i would get 2 or 3 hours, and one i didnt sleep at all. now i have a script.

That's absolutely true! When I'm on Ephedrine I feel all the symptoms of enlarged prostate.

didnt know about the prostate enlagement with eph.... but the peeing thing could be due to either eph or the caffeine that most people take with it.

does anyone have any good links to studies on ephedrine, i just suggest to my father that he try an ECA stack cause he has hit a plataue on his weight loos and he said

"Ephedrine, isn't that the stuff people are dying from? YOu should stay a way from that"

i just about lost it, but i cooled down and decided id reseach it and prove that it is effective and "safe"

Are sure it is the Ephedrine? I have played around with doses and brands and found that it was not the ephedrine that made my prostate hiccup but actually the synephrine. Right now I take 75mg ephedrine hcl with no probs.
