      Hey everyone. Well I'm kidda stuck here at what to do next. I've been working out for a little over a year and i need some sugestions I what you think I should do, bulk up, cut, etc. and what supplements would be good. Here are a few measurments and facts about me that may help you.

      Age: 17
      Height: 6'2"
      Weight: 188
      Arms: 14.5" flexed
      Chest: 37" (at nipples)
      Stomach: 33" (bellybutton)
      Neck: 15"
      Bench: 240lbs

      Any help would be appriciated, Thanks!!

      Your bodyfat must be pretty low. I'd concentrate on diet. Try to get as much protein as possible.

      Adding the sups FUZO mentioned should also help.

      Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

      WORK ON GETTING YOUR DIET CLEAN, WEIGHT ROUTINE, AND THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF SLEEP AND TAKING THE RIGHT SUPPLEMENTS AS FUZO SAID....

      TRAIN LIKE AN ANIMAL AND GET 1.5 TO 2 GRAMS OF PROTEIN PER POUND OF BODY WEIGHT AND YOU WILL GROW. WAIT AND EDUCATE YOURSELF ON THE STEROIDS BEFORE YOU JUMP IN. TAKE YOURSELF AS FAR AS YOU CAN POSSIBLY GO NATURAL BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT JUICE. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID IN THE LONG RUN.

      Well just some more info. I have taken (still am) protein, took creatine, xen, ripped fuel, cel-tech, amino fuel, and i do get about 150g of protein a day when im training, and i tried m1t for 2 weeks on 5mg with some milk thistle to protect my liver. I stoped taking it becuase of the sides and what not. I also do extensive research on somthing before i take it. Also my diet is very clean since 3 weeks ago I've started cutting out the bad fats and carbs and pushin up the calories and protein. Well, I guess I should bulk up like you guys said, I am hoping to get to be about 6'2 220-225 pounds and 8-10% with in about 6-10 months, but what would be a good supplement besides protein, creatine, glut. i know about all that stuff. Any imput would be great, thanks.
