      Hello,
      need advice on first cycle. I´m 32, 6´1, 160 lbs, around 8% BF. I´ve been lifting for 14y now and I wanna add some more muscles to this bones. I´ve decided to go on AS cycle with Deca and Sust (or Test Enanth). For protection and recovery would take Nolvadex and hCG. I need advice on how much of which, when, which cycle (pyramide, invert diamond). Should I take Clomid and when. I´ve read a lot of literature but I would appriciate addvice anyway.

      At 160 pounds I would 1st eat more calories,as for a cycle
      I would go with enanthate over sust,sust only works really well when shot eod.
      so I would run
      weeks 1-10 deca 400mgs
      weeks 1-10 test en 400-500mgs
      and clomid after cycle,you probably will not need hcg in my opinion,but keep the nolv on hand.

      i would do
      test 1-10 500mg/wk(i like keeping it higher than deca)
      deca 1-10 300-400mg/wk
      keep nolva on hand, you don't need hcg for this cycle IMO
      i like clomid for post cycle, but some use nolva....you can ask around about how to do this

      IMO you should get up to about 190 naturally before you start sticking yourself. For 14yrs of training @ 160 that doesn't add up. Get your diet right, gear works of diet too bro.

      I'd deffinitily take a look at your diet and training routine. They have the cycle cover well. Make sure you know how many calories and how much protein you should be taking in.

      I´ve tried everything to get more muscles (diets, supplements, etc.) but I can´t get more weigh.

      and bro, you gotta get your diet in check. your not eating enough if your only 160. gear wont help if you dont eat correctly
