TweetJust curious as to how many people in this forum are interested in or train in some form of Martial Arts. I train in Grappling (hence the name - RollPlayer), Boxing, and have started a little Aikido. Weight training has helped a lot as it has increased leg strength which is vital to grappling arts.
Anyone else train and/or compete? If so, what style and how long have you been involved in your sport?
