I just ordered some from Synpro or whatever. I run and was taking "Tight" for a while with minimal results. It is obvious what my problem is, I have poor self control. I figure before the summer it wouldnt hurt to try something that would aid me in keeping stricter and able to fight off cravings. Adderall is a good appetite suppresant but unfortunately it is a prescription drug so I was looking for something with similar effects. Hopefully it works, got any input? Positive with as little insults would be appreciated, thanks.

It is easy to confuse thirst for hunger. You should look at how much water you are drinking in a day. Staying properly hydrated will help...

Try some whey protein... The shakes really reduce the sugar cravings that you have because it is balancing your body.... I could not believe it until I tried it myself....

I usually drink the muscle milk shakes, i like the mocha joe in particular. But there are definately more desireable snack foods its just a matters of controlling the craving. Summer is near, cant be screwing around too much with the diet.

Yeah Deez, I love the Muscle Milk Shakes. I can't believe they are "Good for ya" because they are so dam tasty! Mocha Joe is what I have now, but I need to try a new one and switch it up,,,any suggestions????

,,,also, for reducing cravings,,,try, "Ventilean". Its an awesome and powerful ephedrine alternative. Plus, there's no crashing when taking it. Its like an eight hour buzz!
