Going to be starting a new cycle soon:

      16 weeks Tren / Prop / T3
      Weeks 1-5 w/ Dbol
      Weeks 11-16 w/ winny

My diet is all over the place, I am doing the following:

      7:30am 1- 6 eggs (3 whole / 3 whites) w/cheese

10:00am 2- Metrx Meal replacement shake w/ 8oz of Cranberry juice

12:00 pm 3- Quizno's Tuna on Wheat (Regular)

      5-7 workout

730pm 4- Dinner (Pasta & Chicken, Chicken w/ mashed, Meat w/ mashed, etc.

Then that is it .. Now i have recently dropped out the 10am shake and feel like I have been gaining weight. Nothing else has changed with the amount I eat. Given what you see above, can anyone make suggestions that are livable / doable?

      I am currently:

      25
      260
      18-19%BF
      6' 2"

My end goal is to be 10-12% BF, and i want to be able to maintain it. I don't want something that will allow me to drop the weight and then when I go back to normal, i put it on again. I want something that I will be able to do for ever.

My lifting is usually heavy and I have been trying to run after my works for 20 min. I workout 5 days a week (Leg night i don't run)

Any help you provide i appreciate, this is my last real hurdle and i am having a very hard time with it. And BTW 2.5 years ago i dropped 100 pounds, i think that is what is making this dieting harder, to do it i ain't nothing but chicken and baked potatoes and ran an hour a day. So needless to say i am sick of that type of living.

wow, from 12-7pm you have no food? That can slow your metabolism down or can make you really hungry and can lead to overeating! IMO, i would take the tuna quiznos out and make your own w/fat free mayo. For dinner, i would take the pasta out. When i start cutting down, i like intaking most of my carbs before i workout in the evenings. After the workout, i'll take about 15-20g due to muscle glycogen depletion of your workout. Everything else looks good. Bye the way, AWESOME AVATAR!

Well, the shake is good, but what are the cals on that? Instead of a meal replacement, why not just a simple whey protein shake. That'll be fewer calories w/the same amt. of protein. Of course, this is incase if there are too many cals for the meal replacement shake.

I will probably move the shake to 3:30/4pm. Now i just need to look @ the cals. Only reason i was using Metrx Meal Replacemrnt is that I like the taste w/ 40g protien.

What do u think about this:

      7:30 - 6 Eggs (3 White / 3 whole)

      12:00 - Metrx Meal Replacement Shake w/ 8oz cranberry & Banana

      3:30 - Peanut Butter w/ Celery

      5-7 Workout

7 - Dinner (Low Carb .. High Protien)

Just looking @ what is doable, things are crazy @ work and lunch is becoming a novelty.

Id drop the eggs from 3/3 to 5/1 and make sure that the PB is not low fat. All natty is better and doesnt add carbs to drop the fat.
