Tweetfirst and foremost, you MUST have your diet and workout in check. those two things are the keys to losing weight. there is no miracle weightloss supplement or steroid!!
that being said, cycling both together would be optimal. two weeks on/ two weeks off. with an ECA stack in between. check out these posts:

Tweetdo alot of home work t-3 will work best but you must know how to use it and do cardio and diet is a must

Tweeti agree wt jack and fuzo, but bro t3 will messes up ur thyroid if u are not careful and do it wrong, like the other said, do research first and make ur decision.
TweetI agree, but get your diet in check and try and get about 45 minutes in every morning! It dropped mine a lot lower! I think T-3 is better but Clen is fool proof! That is said weird but works!
