      I am planning my next cycle---It will be fat loss phase, but I am trying to keep as much of my bodyweight as I can--

      Currently at 240 around 18-20%bf
      I want to lose about 6-8% of my bf-

      I was thinking of taking the following

      Week 1-12 test enath. 750-1000mg
      Week 1-12 eq 400-600mg
      Week 3-12 tren enantha 250-500mg
      Week 4-12 t-3 up to 125mcg
      Ldex .50 eod
      pct

      Couple of questions

      1--Never used tren enanthat before, so any helpful comments on it are welcome?

      2--Also with my diet, I havent tried to loose bf in a long time, so I am trying to find the ideal diet to shed some fat and keep all my muscle(OH SORRY I WAS HAVING A DREAM)

      3--What calorie ratio do you guys think would be best?

      4--Also, how many cals per lb of bodyweight would be best?
      240 X ? = cals

      I may add some light cardio, but I am not a fan of it, as it seems to eat my muscles up--

      Any suggestions--comments--changes

      Do tons of cardio to dropt the weight, then start the cycle.

      I dont want to drop much weight, that is the point in the gear, to try and keep as much bodyweight(muscle) as possible--

      how many cycles you done?just checking with those dosages?

      c-k-d diet works wonders for me but for me personally one of the most challenging endevours i have tried.

      use clen with the t3 for maximum effects.

      don't drop the weight i usually keep my heavy weights but i increase teh reps and like the other said do tons of cardio twice a day, and then stay away frm any test if u are going to drop bodyfat, stick with TREN, CLEN, WINNY, EQ, AND PROPIONATE AND T3, AND LAST 2 WEEKS DO LASIX A STRONG DIEURTIC, BUT TAKE A LOT OF POTASSIUM COZ IT WILL DEFLATE UR MUSCLES
