      Well,
Im new here, I dont have alot of excuses to make cept for that I have got mad lazy after college. I am 3 years out of it and gave it all to my job which doesnt deserve it. Ex-football, track(believe it or not im still fast), baseball player. I work out regularly (not really 2 to 3 days) but eat whenever I care to or whatever I care to. I'm through with this shiznit. I look like a freakin ape!!! Freinds used to say how awesome my physique was now all I get is comments of how fucked up I look!!!! Anyhow I want to start posting my pictures for an audience that can be brutally honest with me. I have a trainer that will be working out with me. Any help you guys can give me would really help. Thats the only way I turn it on baby. As I sit here today here are my stats...

      Age: 24
      Height: 6'2.5"
      Weight: 229 lbs.
      BF: 22.7%

He wants me to do a cycle as my strength is still all there. I have never had any experience with all of this so I just want the facts from the ppl that do know. Thanx!!!

Well, we certainly get the whole picture..LOL..Seriously, if youve trained before, you know what you need to do. Get your weight down (i.e. fat loss) and tone up, then start rebuilding. Its just a matter of time and consistency, as Im sure youre well aware. Good luck and come over to the training forum!

Dude you have an awesome base! The good thing is, you caught a problem before it got so out of hand that you'd probably give up after training for a while! Let your goal be to diet down to around 10-12%, then worry about using aas. You look like you won't have any problem putting mass on. You have stout wheels too, so think of that as being ahead of the game! I'm on the other end of the spectrum, and I get just as frustrated as you are, because it's so hard for me to put on muscle. You have a chest that will probably develop easily once you start building, and you can go from there!

As I said, no aas right now except maybe Clen or something, but you just need some hard work, that's your punishment for following the footsteps of "Lazy America!"

Stick around, glad to have you bro!
      leankid@ziplip.com

Not around much more, because my job blows, but damn I miss you folks!!

R.I.P. Geared Up, you are missed my friend!

Well you got a good foundation to work with now all you need to do is start etching out that body, diet down then bulk up(and if needed diet down again)no one is going to tell you it's going to be easy but if you have patients and the desire to build the best body you can then you'll succeed, good luck bro and if there is anymore questions you have then feel free and ask us good luck!!!!

First thing i would do is start with alot of cardio. A combo of low impact and running to burn off the extra bf and start getting you motivated, along with the weight training heavy and hard. Once get to a good bf % like say 10-12% and do alot of research on aas and a yr of training then think of the cycle. Oh, and get your diet in check. You look like your are old enough, just need a year of good training and getting the bf down. Don't let the hair thing bother you. I have it and alot of girls like it.
