blood pressure ?
Tweettook my last shot of sust on the 20th of april because of high blood pressure
150/90
its almost 3 weeks and it hasent gone down much , i went to the doc and she gave me benicar and i felt like shit so i came off
anything i can do to lower it without feeling like shit ?

Tweethow big our your arms brother?? if there over 15-16 inches u need the Large cuff... same shit happen to me.. my BP reading was 160/90... they busted out the Large cuff and it was 130/70.

TweetJust as everyone suggested above....decrease salt or even alcohol intake, exercise and try a larger cuff. Also, maybe sit quietly for 15 mins before having your blood pressure checked for an accurate reading (which you may already know).
Have you discussed with your physician that you didnt tolerate Benicar and maybe trying another antihypertensive?
