      Can some one help me with my little stack i got some eq 200mg and the new wini 100mg in 20ml bottles. How should i start out with my cylkle and do i need nolva and clomid fore this?

      You have a couple of different steroids and NOW you want to know what to do with them?! You really should try and learn what to do first - then get what you need.

      Personally, I wouldn't run that stuff without a test in my cycle. With that said, I always keep nolva on hand in case of gyno (which showed up this last cycle while using Fina) and I run Clomid afterwards. For me, I like to have everything I need (even my PCT stuff), before I start my cycle.

      Yea i know that but i have never done eq or wini thats why. Eny sugestions to run it with?

      yep...better to have everything you need before you start since the black market isn't always reliable. If you are looking to stack those two, I would take 200mgs of eq every 3rd day and winny, I think 50mgs EOD is def sufficient. Good luck

      EQ is good at helping with gains aswell as with cutting. Running EQ with testosterone will promote good gains, with primo or winny it will help with cutting. EQ also helps to produce red blood cells which carries more oxygen to the lungs and creates vascularity. For the most part the side effects for EQ are pretty low.

      as for helping with bulking, in some people, EQ has been known to increase apetite making it easier to eat more chicken lol. a test/ EQ cycle is a good for bulking.

      as for the nolva like i said in another thread if you feel that you may be prone to gyno there is nothing wrong with running the nolva along with the cycle. if not you should be fine running the nolva around a week before cycle ends.

      I got off my last cylkle testo deca d-bol 2 mons ago. And i lost a lite lbs. My boddy is fit like at 12% So i do what to gane like 10lbs and be ripped.

      undoubtedly you will want to eat clean healthy foods. Eating several meals a day will help to speed your metabolism aiding you in being able to burn fat faster.

      here is what my bulking diet looks like:

      3:30 am Light Breakfast
      3/4 cup plain oats
      1 bananna
      protein shake

      4:00 am creatine

      6:00 am Mid-Workout Snack
      2 granola bars

      9:00 am Breakfast
      7 whole eggs
      1 cup plain fat free yougurt
      1 cup fat free cottage cheese
      protein shake

      11:00 am Meal Supplement
      myoplex shake

      1:00 pm Lunch
      1 grilled or baked chicken breast
      1 cup vegetables
      1 cup brown rice
      1 apple
      protein shake

      3:00 pm Lite Dinner
      1 cup plain fat free yogurt
      1 cup fat free cottage cheese
      1 apple

      5:00 pm Dinner
      1 grilled or baked chicken breast
      1 baked potato
      1 cup vegetables
      1 cup brown rice
      1 apple
      protein shake

      7:00 pm Meal Supp
      myoplex shake

      totals:
      calories: 4835
      protein: 411.2g
      carbs: 632.5g
      fat: 69.2

      well i wake upthat early cause it is the only time that i can eat before the gym lol. but say if you wake up later that would be fine too just try to get in 6 to 8 meals a day.
