      I'm 31 yrs old, 5'10", 195lbs, 13.9% bf. I just started my first cycle along with my bro (he's done a few). He recommended 1 cc a week of Deca and 1cc of Test every week for 10 weeks. I could use any input to help do this properly.
      I did the first blast yesterday morning in the glute. We mixed both the Deca and Test in one shot. It's a little sore but my workout today felt great. I'm eager to keep you all posted and would like to get your input.

      I'll be using QV TEST EN 250mg / QV DECA 300mg

      Also, I'd like to know what kind of gains I could expect from a cycle like this. I'm also open to suggestions if the program ought to be altered.
      I work out 5 days a week and have steadily for the last year. My new job allows me that freedom ;-). Any ideas on what to expect realisticly?

      bro if im reading correctly you said 1cc of test every other week for 10 weeks. I would definetly recommend 500mg/wk of test(2ccs/wk). The deca will more than likely shut you down. should have done a little more research before you started. Remember to eat a ton also, try for 4-5,000 calories everyday

      Audio- What do you mean by "shut you down?". Also, what do you recommend? I already have the Test & Deca. I can make adjustments since I just began. Thanks.

      Making assumption your gear is 200mg per cc, ( the standard )

      So, per your cycle of every other week you're really only doing 200 mg total per week.

      That dose is more along the lines of Hormone Replacement Theropy, meaning, that's what they give older men to get back to normal levels of youth.

      For growth, you really want to be in the minimum range of 400mg per week, even closer to 500mg ( total ) is better. Those numbers are based on averages and what works best for the most people.

      "Shut Down", do a search, that's serious question.

      Which leads to...What is your Post Cycle Therapy regime to get back your natural test levels asap to retain new muscle?

      OK. So, I'll do 1cc of Test each week along with the Deca. From what I can gather each dose of Test will elevate and sustain testosterone levels two (possibly 3) weeks so maintaining a dose every week should be sufficient for a first timer's cycle when combined with the Deca.
      So next week I will do the same. I will add Nolvadex as part of my PCT and probably continue to ween off the Test at the end of my cycle. Any other suggestions? Should I add anything else? I'll probably make some more changes as I go.
      I did a search for the term 'Shut Down'. - No luck, I got about 1000 threads. Could someone post a link?

      shut down means the synthetic anabolic steriods give your body a signal that you are producing too much test so your body wanting to remain in homeostasis ( balance ) shuts down it's own natural testosterone production, thus you all of your muscular and sexual signals that your body works off of are now coming from the steroids, when the steroids are gone, ie, cleaned out of the system because you stopped taking them, your own test production has not been working for so long it sometimes for lack of a better term goes to sleep and does not work, thus the need for post cycle therapy cause if you have no testosterone in your system you will get no anabolic or androgenic responses to your body

      DECA is the worst for shutting down your natural system and it not coming back awake on it's own

      And when your natural test get's shut down, well, it's the worst feeling and takes forever to come back, often neccessary to get some help from drugs,

      If your shut down expect to lose all muscle and get no hard ons

      hcg is best bet to assure you the highest rewards

      realize though, it may not happen to you, just that it is the worst culprit out there

      Just do a good pct if you notice problems get some hcg if you don't have any

      Also, main key, if your nolva and clomid are real and you should be okay, although if you're not, at least now you know possible culprit

      Sounds good.
      Update: It's been 3 days so not much happening. I've hit it pretty hard each day in the gym. I have noticed I'm fatigued slightly quicker than usual. Not sure if that's normal. I've stopped a lot of the other OTC supplements I was taking, which may have something to do with it. I do feel a slight pump lasting most of the day, kinda like taking NO2 or Nitrix. I look forward to that x10! Still consuming a lot of calories. Protien shakes, salmon, chicken & egg whites.
      Any tips would be helpful. Thanks all!

      Also, I'm curious about what to expect as far as hair loss. I'm only doing 1cc a week of TEST. Should this be a concern?
