I am 20 but will be 21 shortly, 5'7, 165, 8.63% bf
I am a college athlete (swimmer), I have been lifting for 6 year but become real serious about 1 and 1/2 years ago.
My goal:
to get bigger and harder without loosing flexibility and speed in the water. Too much muscle is a bad thing in the water.
Previous supplements:
I have taken creatine and whey protein, a multi vitamin, carbogen, thermo burst, ripped fuel, and recently played around with 1-AD and Andro nitrate fuel.
I have had success with supplementing and most things work well for me
this is my first time using juice and for my first cycle I am using
400mg of test-400 a week
300mg of Boldenone 200 a week
I shoot on tuesday and Thursday with 23 guage 1.5
I started on tuesday and its monday now. I am 168.4 pounds
I took all my measurements so i can keep track of growth.
This shit make my ass really sore like someone punched it. I have been using a heating pack and it helps a ton. the cheek I do it in hurts for about 3-4 days so both cheeks are sore right now. I heard that it gets better after the first 2 weeks.
I am still taking EAS betagen, whey protein, a multi, and fish oils
I lifted 2 hours a day, 6 days a week.
do each muscle group 2 times per week
Day 1- back and Biceps
Day 2-shoulders and Triceps
Day 3- Chest and legs
I do abs every other day and cardio 4 times a week
cardio consist of running or swimming.
I eat a ton and never get fat cause my metabolism is crazy from swimming but i could get more sleep but college life is crazy.
For pct:
Im using over the counter shit cause my supplier said it was a safe beginner cycle, I do have nolvadex on hand in case of gyno
i will take biotest M anti-estrogen, and tribex 500 starting 2 weeks after my last injection.
Ill keep you posted on results and progress but if you have any comments or suggestion they will be greatly appreciated.
