And some reverse wrist curls at 3x15
Thats all I do and they work for me, oh one more thing I also do reverse barbell curls once in a while. It works for me.

TweetIf you want to do your forearms in a specific workout on their own I would recommend this.
barbell reverse curls...3 sets...10-12 reps
barbell wrist curls...3 sets...10-12 reps
hammer curls...5 sets...5 reps
