To find out what you need for exact caloric intake should you use the 11-12 x your bodyweight or go with the BMR and add 350 to gain the mass or what?? I am looking to go on a bulking cycle in mid June and I want to start structuring my diet or at least getting some good baseline tips on structuring my caloric in take as well as portein, carb and fat consumption. When I get my next hydrostat (in June) I will fix the diet according to my bodyweight at that time. Do you guys got any pointer on this???
