TweetI've changed the majority of my protein intake to combination blends, (whey/egg/casein...etc) basically for a more sustained uptake over more hours. So far...the best bang for buck in that catagory is ON's Pro Complex APS, at $38.99 for 4.4lbs at DPS.
Keep in mind that my protein of choice, is Muscle Provider, or Ultra Size, from Beverly International.
So $38.99 for 4.4lbs of high quality protein blend, serving up 13g of BCAA's per serving, is a deal, compared to the $32.95 ticket on Muscle Provider, or $28.90 for Ultra Size.
