      Is it cool to take these two together, or is swole v.2 basically a creatine?? This is probably a stupid question, but I just ordered some because I see it quite a bit on this forum...

      Same thing, swole is creatine with a few added supps for better performance, now you just have lot's more for future.

      Swole is creatine but it's dicreatine malate not creatine monohydrate. Find which one works for you and stick with it. Don't bother with both.

      swole is good stuff i dont see anything from regular creatine but do with swole. only use it while bulking
