taking liquid clen?

TweetAlright how do you guys take your liquid clen. Do you just squirt it in your mouth or do you mix it with some juice or something? The taste s not real good that's why im asking for suggestions.

Tweetdo you guys take your clen once a day or split it up into a mroning and afternoon schedule. I did a split today but I can't always get home midafternoon. With a 36 hour halflife it seems like it would be fine to take once a day. Let me know thanks jamescb77
