      running
      deca 300mg pew week
      test 400mg per week

      i acually started last week

      i am developing a slight congestion
      ive read deca can cause a slight congestion/cough
      other than that i feel great
      my endurance shot up
      been eating roughly
      4000 cal 300-350 protien
      5 meals a day mostly turkey,
      ostrich,bison, steak

      im into week 3 of my cycle
      im feeling Fu*king pumped
      i put on about 7-8 pounds
      been eating about 2 pounds of poultry/buffalo/beef
      per day
      feeling a little bloated and my nipples are puffy but they dont itch or bother me at all nipple fat or gyno?? hmmmm
      gonna start throwin some nolva in at 40mg ed see what happens
      been havin some wild sex drives the girl loves it
      the "sea-men" startin to get a little clumpy but i guess thats the norm....
      7 weeks to go and im at

      Dude, unless you're going on stage, there's no need to get that lean. It's not healthy at all, trust me, I fucked myself up once really bad by driving my fat levels down extremely low. Right now, I'm at about 10% body fat and I have a pretty sick six-pack. I'm not sure what ideal abs look like to you, but I promise you don't need to get THAT lean to achieve that sort of look. Be careful, being too lean can end up posing some serious problems for your health.

      Changing the subject, I'm really interested in hearing about how your cycle goes for you. I started my 1st cycle a few days ago (I have my own cycle journal open) and I'm running something a little different, but I was initially thinking about going with something like yours. Keep us posted!
