Question on Trisoralen/Oxsoralen for tanning

TweetI know this is probably in the wrong forum but their is more traffic here and I need a quick response.


I just came across some 20 mg Oxsoralen/Trisoralen which is supposed to help you tan easier, prevent burning or something to help you tan.

Anyway my question is How long should I take the capsule before I hit the tanning bed. I have heard anywhere from 3 hours to 30 minutes.

Any suggestions?
