spot with deca??
TweetIs it recommened to spot with deca? and if so is it painful?? anyone with experence would be great. thanks

TweetBrother-in-law did decca in the bicep a couple of weeks ago, boy did they swell. Looked like his skin was ready to tear!!! He got itching feelings constantly, and he felt like his arms were on fire 24/7 for a week. Having said all that, he now injects there regular WITHOUT all of those problems. Seems like it was a one off thing.
