Tweetwhy go in a sauna at all. all you do is sweat out water which is replaced when you drink. you wont loose 1 ounce more fat going in a sauna as if you dont.

Tweetbro if you don't know;when to do what, and what to do when with slin. DO NOT even do it. You have to be sure of yourself when you mess with that.

From my experience slin adds size and keeps on what's already existing. It's definitely more of a bulking agent. But your asking to cut and the first place that fat will go is on the stomach. If you want the best of both worlds up the cardio, watch the diet, take more shit, and change the protocol.

Shoot the slin right after your workout, then drink your shake with 50g protien and 10g of carb per iu of slin, to be safe.

If you are thinking of using slin, you better get alot more informed on it than you are now.
