Tweetim about 2 weeks into a cycle of m1t............ive been cutting for a few months and since throwing mlt into the mix im noticing a lot more defintion in my abs.......3 weeks or so ago i was at 15% bf.....i havent changed my diet or cardio routine........is the m1t accelerating my fatloss, or is it causing growth in my abdominals so that they are more prominent and noticeable????
