      Well I have been a member for a few months and have been reading a lot of threads but have not paosted untill now. So hello everyone.

      First off my stats are I'm 21 years old 6'3" 200 lbs. not sure of body fat. I would consider myself skinny though with a little bit of baby fat on stomach area Have been training hard for last 3 years (during off season only though, I play college baseball).
      I am considering taking a 10 week cycle of 20ml of winny. I am thinking about pyramiding the cycle over that 10 weeks.

      The results I am looking for are to gain 5-10lbs and also to cut the little amount of body fat that I have. I am looking to tone the quick tick mucles in my arm and then to build up my legs more.

      I am just wondering any advice that you can give me to do this right and safe. I have talked to others ballplayers I know have done it so I know what I am doing for the most part. There seems to be a lot of smart and educated people on this board that would be great to get their opinions on this subject.

      I am a pitcher not looking to get all huge but just to tone and get cut up a little and maybe add a few pounds.

      Any help that you guys could be would be awesome.

      that statement right there is proof you dont know all about it... a mL is the same as a CC... also, using only 2ml's (100mg) of winny per week is a pretty damn low dosage... most people run it 25-50mg per day... thats more like 14mg.. another thing, winny is liver toxic, 10wks is a long time for a drug like that... another problem is that a lot of people tend to get joint stiffness while on it alone.. not the best thing if youre a pitcher!

      I appreciate the help that you guys will have to offer but by just staying "stick around and we will help you," does not really help me right now. I am serious about taking this and am looking to do it the most effective and safe way.

      Now I could just go and do this without asking and be alright but I though I would ask the "professionals." If anyone has suggestions of what would be better to take or how much and for how long then that would be great.

      From what I have learned so far though what I was suggested to take was 20 cc's over a 10 week period. This is what someone I know that also pitches did and he had very good results. But like I said I am open to all opinions and help that anyone has to offer (even the negative stuff).

      With that said if you believe I need to learn more (which can never hurt) what should I read? Give me some links of information. I am a sponge ready to soak it up!

      hey bro i ama former baseball player myself and i have taken winny. Let me tell you this what works for one person might not work for another. Low doses may work but for you i would recommend an eq cycle. I would stay away from winny if i was you just because of the stiff joints. When i took it i hurt my shoulder for a while(not my pitching arm thank god). tHE STIFF JOINT SUCK A##. But if you are so content with taking winstrol you best have some fluidjoint which you ca get at like riteaid or walgreens. If you want something like winstrol with out the stiff joints if you can get it try some masteron. It will harden you up. But on eq you will get the elasticity you need for your tendons and the strength you need also. You wont get huge maybe a couple-10lbs of muscle but not noticble like omg huge. Eq is not toxic to your liver and you could stay on it for a while during your season. Winny is toxic both injectable and oral and you really shouldnt stay on it for more than six weeks, but like i said if you are content on taking it take it but get yourself some milk thistle. Remember pct as well!!!

      10wks of a 17aa drug is a long time. winny alone can be bad for joints... do you need to pass steroid tests? if so, you should stick to drugs with short half lives.. winny, test prop, anavar... eq is like 5months or so... thats probably a little too long. you should be running winny atleast 25mg ed... most people do 50mg. so that 20ml bottle will not be enough. test prop/winny cycle wouldnt be bad... short detection, low sides, low water... thats what i'd do

      I definetly think people exagerate the 17aa thing.Ive known people to be on 200mg of Drol a day for 2 mths and they have had no liver issues ever.Also have known people to stay on winy and var for 6 mths a yr also with no liver issues.
      Tough Times dont last,tough people do.

      I found this to be interesting becasue my elbow (left) and my right patella tendons have been bothering the shit out of me. I have cut out tricep exercises that lengthen the muscle and I have cut out squating exercises that stress the knee. Now, lucky for me, these are two of my best parts so I can salck on them for a while. But only a while.

      Am I understanding right, EQ will help my tendons? I'm on a d-bol, enanthate, cytomel, clen, arimidex stack right now. I was going to follow with a something else but I want to make sure I protect my tendons.

      Any advise you have is greatly appreciated.

      No offense my man, but you say you have been around for a few months reading, i find that hard to believe with the cycle you threw up there. Okay, now let me share my opinon with ya..

      Honestly, if you are dead set on doing the winny because you already have it or not enough money of any of those lame reasons.... Then take 25-50mg ED for 6 weeks.... Do PCT after and you might come away with some decent improvement in overall lean muscle mass.... Now if you are willing to actually get a nice solid cycle... The cycle i have listed below is one that My buddy who plays collegiate baseball here at a major University is on that i reccomened him to do. He is currently in the 5 week of 8.

      Test Prop 150mg EOD 1-8
      Winny 100mg EOD injected 4-8
      PCT

      He also was dead set on the Winny idea. I would of liked to have him jumpstart the cycle... but he prefered not too.
