TweetGet some oatmeal and cook the smallest helping on the can, whcih should be 1/2 cups oats and 1 cup water. Boil water add oats and cool for 1-3 min. Until the mixture gets thick. Then pour in bowl and add one generous size scoop of peanut butter and stir( I prefer chunky adds some texture to the mixture) then let stand for 5 min or so until barelly above room temp. Add one scoop of protein powder( I use Pro Performance Pure Whey Vanilla). Mix together well and eat.
