Depressed as hell
TweetI recently got gyno in my left nipple and now my workouts are shit. I know it just a mental thing but it makes you feel like a *****. The good thing is that I'm getting it removed next week. I have the consultation this week and next week, I'm under the knife. Before this happen I had planned to start other cycle Feb 1 but now I'll have to wait couple of weeks, o'well. I trying to tough out these workout but it really makes you not even want to workout. I thought I'd share my depressing news. Anyone know how long the recovery time is for this operation?

TweetAre you sure that it's Gyno? If you don't feel any fatty deposits maybe it's not too late to take some Nolvadex.

TweetNo, it's gyno. To my understanding most bodybuilders who get gyno, don't really get fatty deposits unless you have a high bf. I don't have a high bf, so mine is more of a lump, well swollen gland. It happened around three week after clomid, inchy nipple and that stuff. I was to stupid to notice, i thought there no way I could get it now, so I didn't want to waste my Nolvadex.
TweetIT MIGHT NOT BE TO LATE FOR NOLVADEX. I had a lump in each nip, started nolva at 40mgs a day until i noticed a difference then went to 20mgs a day until gone! it worked for me
