I'm really being honest and not trying to be a jerk, but I'm bigger then you and I suck.
about the last 2 years pretty stedy, with a year not really hitting hard before that. i used to as a teenager but i stopped for a while.

ive never had good size. i was a sickly kid when i was young, and had my growth stunted from the diffrent medicines i was on. weird part was it was only my legs that stopped growing, so my upperbody is a lot longer then my lower half.

ive just been one of those people who bust my ass, and never really could get bigger. i'd lift with friends, who had a good 20 lbs and a couple inches on me, and i'd lift more. my biceps are my key area that never really saw a growth in size no matter what. before cycle my forearms were only 1" smaller then my arms. kind of hard to judge from that picture, but the tape measure dont lie. in the last 2 years, i saw my forearms get 2" bigger, but my biceps only got not quite .5" bigger. people said my diet was probably wrong, my training was wrong, etc. i got real strict on my diet, tried diffrent workout routines, just really couldnt get any decent gains in size. the weights would go up, size wouldnt.

so i turned to the dark side. genetics are genetics, and we cant change that. its my personal feeling that i have just got "bad" genetics when it comes to bicep size. my dads the same way. most people have a problem with their calves. i've had some decent gains over the years, and really wouldnt say my calves are a problem area, but i can deffinetly say that about my biceps.

i hit a major wall a while back in relation to my bicep gains, and its been hard to go around. i was sick of being out of porportion, and getting results in other places. the more i'd work out, the worse out of porportion i got. i know that feeling like i dont want to work out any other body part because of that feeling. maybe i did start to early. my arms arent huge, but at least i feel good about myself in relation to my porportions. with the little peakage i do have, i look like i work my arms out with the rest of my body now.
