here is how it looks like:
Centered Stretch
Grip your penis with your hand just behind the head. The grip should be firm but never actually painful. Now pull your penis outwards in front of you until you feel a noticeable stretch in the middle of your penis shaft and base. Hold that position then count to 12 seconds (time yourself). Now repeat steps 2 and 3 for five sets. Lastly swing your penis in a circular motion for around 15 seconds.
Left Stretch
As with Centered Stretch but to the left.
The Right Stretch
As with Centered Stretch but to the right.
Bring your penis to a semi-erect state to perform the Basic Milk Workout . Make sure you have some lubricant for this exercise.
Now that you've completed the stretching exercise, its time for the Basic Milk workout:
Follow these simple instructions:
Bring your penis to a semi erect state. Apply a generous amount of lubricant oil on your penis and both your hands. Grip firmly around the base of your penis with your thumb and forefinger to form an OK sign. Slide your hand with the OK sign outward along your penis... towards the head. The "OK" grip has to be firm. The purpose of all Milking
Exercises is to increase the blood flow to your penis head. When the "OK" grip of one hand reaches the middle of your penis shaft, use your opposite hand, with an "OK" grip at the base to follow the same motion again (sliding outward). The slide motiond of each hand should last about 3 seconds. Carry out 100 slides for each hand making a a total of 200 sliding motions.
Warm Down
It is essential you perform a Warm Down after the Basic Milk workout. Now gently massage the entire shaft of your penis with your fingers for about 2-3 minutes.
Then perform the Hot Wrap once more.
