TweetI dont think it does...Im doing the south beach diet and ive been reading it and its all about bringing your insulin level back to normal and they permit sweeteners and diet sodas, etc..
TweetDoes anyone know...twin, stevia, splenda, ect. affect your insulin levels? If it does, by how much...
Can the taste of something sweet transmit a message to your brain and ect that would trick the truth of the substance and make you believe it's sugar???Would by any chance, whey protien (sweet TASTING) especially isolats, rise insulin levels?
More questions to come soon. Hoping for answers, opinions, thoughts, ect.
