insulin levels affected by sweetners??
TweetDoes anyone know...twin, stevia, splenda, ect. affect your insulin levels? If it does, by how much...
Can the taste of something sweet transmit a message to your brain and ect that would trick the truth of the substance and make you believe it's sugar???Would by any chance, whey protien (sweet TASTING) especially isolats, rise insulin levels?
