      what is you plan of AS for your cycle..........basically though for any cycle, eat a lot of protein, eat good carbs, and keep fats at a normal level.......keep reps between 6-8 reps for big mucle groups(chest, back, legs), and for arms and shoulders i like 8-10 reps.

      If you are taking Deca, Primo, Eq make sure you have tons of protein. If you are taking a AAS with a lot of water retention watch out for "Bad" carbs they will help pack on the water bloat. Other than that if you are trying to grow, EAT... If you are trying to lose fat, watch your carbs.
      Those are just some general guidelines.

      I eat a lot of salmon, tuna, love my ny strips ! and chicken breasts. Ok, I wont get into my love of cheese. My carbs, usually steamed broccoli, spinich and bread........ Damn now i'm hungry again ! Well you get the idea.

      sounds good. make sure the bread is wheat or grain

      oh and if you want to lose some weight and gain muscle......eat the majority of your carbs in the morning and after your workout. none before bed also will help

      HMm...go with a keto diet if you wanna lose fat. Keep your weight high and your reps moderate and do your cardio and youll be ok.
