TweetI just have a quick question about all the vitamins and all the small supplements. I take a lot of the stuff you hear about everyday but what small vitamins should i take that would benefit myself. (I'm on proteins, swole v2, multi vit, vit c, and e) anything i should ad that can help me see better results???

TweetAs far as vitamin/mineral supplements go these are on the top of my list
Multivitamin (a good one, most are crappy, I like Now's multivitamins, they usually use bioavailable forms)
Calcium, 500-2000 mg
Magnesium, 400-1000 mg
Potassium, 100-500 mg
B complex
Antioxidant vitamins: C, E, and beta carotene
Zinc, 10 mg (especially if your multivitamin contains an inorganic form)
Tweeta gram of vitamin C is great.
also vitamin E and zinc which is deplenished at a higher rate by those of us who train
