i injuried my bicep tendon in october. ive been lifting again since Jan, but i had to start off with light weights. i am lifting at about my maximum strength right now (which is about 90% of where i was 5 months ago), but the tendon still feels a little tender. im debating a couple of options

      1. take HGH for 3 months to help the healing process. start cycle (test, hgh, slin) on april 1st.

      2. no HGH and just wait a little longer before i start my next cycle (test, slin).

ive heard that hgh should be used when you first injure yourself, and not necessarily when your almost completely healed. is it worth taking hgh now? any other thoughts?

      lwgy,

IMHO, I'd just wait, cause like you say, the greatest amount of time that it would have been effective has passed.

I'm guessin your in your 20's so your natural GH has still not peaked and your natural system for repair and growth is in great shape.

If it is just the fact it feels tender, major some deep tissue massage and a little more time, worse thing too do is too really push it and re-injure, because then the probability for it to be a recurring lifetime issue is higher.

      good luck

im actually early 30's. ive been having deep tissue massages for a little over a month now. im also doing the electrical stimulus as well.

its been almost 6months since i injured it...and its still a little tendor. thats why i felt the hgh may be beneficial, but its so damn expensive.

Okay, yeah, it could definitley be helpful.

Are you taking lotsa vitamin c & b, c's are for repair, and b's shuttle nutrients to cells.

GH can be had for around 3-4 and iu, and for you you'd only need 2 iu's a day, so if it's convenient for you and you can afford, it's definitely worth a shot.

What do you mean by injure? Did you tear it, strain it, etc.

Sounds like Trip has this one under control.

HGH can be useful here. I'd run it by itself for a few months before starting a cycle.
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.

Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

if its a strain i'd do what gear said. let it go for a while then jump into a cycle.
