This one is deadly!!!!!!!!

Cook penne or other noodles till its el-dinte (not fully cooked) Drain all the water then rinse noodles under cold water. Take 4 nice size boneless skinless breasts of chicken and grill them in whatever you have. Do not put any spice on the chicken, just cook plain. When the chicken is done, slice into small to medium chunks. Now you take carrots, celery, or whatever veggy you want, slice em up and add them to the noodles. Take 1 bottle of Italian dressing (you can use diet), and add it to the noodles, now add your chicken and mix!!

This is great stuff, I make a huge batch add stick it in the fridge.

The variation is to add mayo instead of the salad dressing.
