TweetUsually court process takes forever so the people that were busted a year or 2 ago are probably just now going to trial or sentencing!

An aquaintance who was the largest Juice dealer in GA was busted a few years ago. He had ~12,000 Amps of Sust, Cyp, Prop, a shitload of Dbol, Winny, and other tabs, and an ounce of Crystal Meth.

Get this, he went to jail for a week. Was released. Was charged and sentenced with "Time Served". 1000 Hours Community Service and a week in jail.

I haven't spoken to him since as I think he is a marked man. He HAD to have rolled on someone to get away with that shit. I want NOTHING to do with rat scum such as that.

$3500 fine and 2 years probation. (first offense)

Both were actual cases - not maximums.

the crystal meth alone should have got him a decent chunk of time....he def gave out some info

TweetThe feds have a year to actually press charges so we likely wont hear what actual penealty will be dished out for anything recent. Often times the feds will try and use the suspect to nail others, if they cooperate they get reduced charges, other wise full charges.

TweetPenalties and sentencing guidelines vary from state to state. In some cases, I feel it is a matter of whether or not the particular prosecutor wants to make an example out of the defendant. I know in my area that public sentiment towards marijuana, for example is quite lenient. Under no circumstances should a first time offender (under state law) for simple possession (of AAS) get anything more than probation. Unfortunately, our state level prosecutors might consider 20 amps of test, possession with intent to distribute; they just don't know! Then they'll put a so called "expert witness" on the stand to testify that the quantity you see (judge/jury) before you is in sufficiant amount to justify the charge(s). What a pile of crap, and they (prosecutors) will attempt to get the defendant(s) to plea to the lesser charge. At the end of the day, you never really know what might happen.

Tweeti agree with schutzhund. it depends. how about he had a good lawyer or knows somebody or bribed his was out. it's like calling someone a scammer without knowing the details. shit the drug dealers get locked up and out on the streets the next day. most of the time when you hear of murder,burglery,drugs is wasn't the first time. if its your BUDDY why don't you ask him! let us know.
