      dj... you gotta read up some more man. im not trying to insult you, but some of the questions you have asked recently should be taken care of before you start taking stuff. clomid, nolvadex post cycle will help with gains, but how you eat and train post cycle has a huge effect as well. lots of people train and eat right when they are on, then stop or slow down when they are off...

      depends on how much water you are retaining. i think you keep most of your muscle but you just shed water. last cycle i maintained my weight by bridging. that is an option for your next cycle

      I stopped eating after my first cycle and lost 27lbs.

      I'd have to say, IMO, eating clean throughout the cycle keeps the visual motivation (muscle) making PCT a breeze. Some get so caught up on swelling up without gradually tapering off in a clean diet and all of a sudden no more hormones spiking and don't like what they see during pct. Which leads to not going in the gym, depression, and binge eating. So DJ "no shrinking", do your research, state a plan, and these good bro's and bra's got answers.

      LOL, i know what i lose when i get off and, i wondered what others lost thats all,I know the basics, eat, keep training, just wondered what supplements are best.shrinkin i ment what weight u lost when u got off.

      THANKS FOR THE INFO, 71 ,NITRO ,COLORAO, JIPPED, AND EVERYONE ELSE. I LOSE ABOUT 5 POUNDS WHEN I GET OFF TEST 400 AFTER ABOUT 2 AND 1/2 WEEKS AND MY BENCH DROPS ABOUT 10 POUNDS, SOME OF THESE QUESTIONS ARE FOR OTHER PEOPLE I KNOW AND WANTED DIFFRENT OPINIONS

      Fairly typical, it's what happens a month from then that is the tell, cause then you are full blown into PCT.

      Yeah but most people just want to get big for a bit and just start partying shrinks pretty quickly. My first cycle I just wanted to get big and after the cycle I just partied way too much and pretty much lost alot of what I gained .....so if u want to keep ur size I advise u eat well , do post cycle and keep goin at it .Just don't stop u gotta keep movin or else its just a waste of cycle !If u do it right I'd say u lose around 5-8 lbs
